Had a wonderful experience with Ed fixing my laptop. My toddler got ahold of my laptop and tried closing the top with my mouse sitting on my keyboard and cracked the screen. Ed was able to help share tips on how to extend the info from my laptop to an external screen we had in the office until the new screen was delivered (took a couple of days due to the holiday weekend). Ed messaged me Wednesday afternoon as promised to confirm the screen was delivered and he could fix whenever I dropped off. I dropped it off around 5:45 that evening and he text me at 6:55 advising my laptop was fixed, and ready for pickup. Prices were fair and service was very quick, and effective. If we have anymore tech needs, we will definitely return to Ed with Ace Tracy-Tech.

My computer froze and I had to turn it off. After that it would not reboot. I called Ed at Ace. He fixed my computer in a couple of hours. He was awesome and his prices are so reasonable! I will definitely be using him again and referring friends. Thank you so much Ed!

Had laptop problems. Ed diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me my options. I dropped off my laptop on a Monday afternoon and had it back the following day with a new electronic hard drive installed.
