We hired Alex, owner of Mulloy Roofing, to remove and replace our old roof with a new rolled seamless metal roof on our Truckee home based on his outstanding performance reviews. Alex's communication was outstanding especially given we do not live in the area -- very timely with responses. Pricing was very competitive and he did not try to up sell -- fixed needed structural repairs at no additional cost. We needed the roof replaced ASAP because we had leaks and were starting a major remodel. Alex squeezed us into his already busy schedule so we could get started on the remodel. Alex used his drone to take top level pictures to share with us the progress of the roof replacement. Alex and his team performed in an outstanding manner -- right on target with his outstanding performance reviews -- I highly recommend Alex!

Haven’t used their services but during the Jan 3 2025 freak snowstorm one of their drivers displayed great kindness in waving me through a left turn onto West River st in Truckee when it was bumper to bumper traffic with chaos all over the place. That says a lot about their business. Thank you!!

This company was doing my neighbor’s roof in Truckee. They saw we had an unfinished awning over one of our 1st floor windows and offered to roof and paint it for free! They asked for nothing in return. Amazing company. I will definitely use them in the future.

Alex & crew did a fantastic job on a recent roof repair. Gave an excellent overview on the situation with options to think about.
Alex was very professional, answered all of my many questions in a very timely fashion via text, email and calls and offered a very fair price.
Job site was spotless when he left and followed up to make sure we were happy with the results.
Will be using Mulloy when my roof needs replacement.
Highly recommend.

We hired Alex to remove and replace the entire roof on our cabin at Lake Tahoe. He was incredibly honest and upfront with the scope of work and delivered the project on time. He was meticulous in his workmanship and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. His crew left our site cleaner than it was before they got there. I work with contractors all day for a living and Alex Mulloy was one of the easiest most honest contractors I've come across in years. I would recommend him and his crew for any job you may have that is roof related. I hope he uses me for a reference for future jobs.

Can't say enough about what a great job Mulloy Roofing did! They are responsive, prompt, and efficient! Oh, and did I mention professional and reasonably priced? Absolutely amazing!
