Larry was amazing. First, he was able to squeeze me in on short notice. He's busy, so you can't count on this, but he made the effort to find time and pleasantly surprised me.

Second, he worked HARD to find a suitable solution for the unique needs on my challenging site. He worked directly with the county to ensure everything would be approved. This was so important to me, since I needed the septic upgrade to help host my Alzheimer's stricken father. I felt like Larry really cared and wanted to help my family.

Third, his communication during the process was top-notch. He answered my questions in a timely fashion, every time. I was always in the loop, even on weekends.

Finally, his prices were not only fair, but were well-below a quote I had received from a competitor. It's a rare situation when you feel that you not only got "The Best," but you also paid the best prices for his services.

We build homes and hired Mr. Thompson to do our saprolite investigation. From beginning to end, Larry was very professional, knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process with extreme ease and confidence. We subdivided a lot that was deemed by the county to be unsuitable for building due to the circumstances of the soil but Larry made it possible! He also worked with our surveyor and designed our septic system, and helped navigate the entire process with ease. We are extremely grateful and will highly recommend him because if anybody can do it, Larry can!

Larry was great to work with! He was very professional but comfortable to work with, well-informed, timely in job completion, and got us exactly what we needed when he said he would....those qualities are difficult to find in any profession! Larry was also very diplomatic when thrust into the periphery a family dispute over the property, which I hear from others happen from time to time (my apologies and gratitude, Larry)!
