Apartment looks exactly like the demo rooms and photos online! The sound and weather proofing is REALLY good. I rarely hear my neighbors at all, and our power bill has been barely over $100 because the AC and double-pane windows are extremely efficient. Really nice amenities and staff, they really thought of everything! If you're worried that the rent is a little high, trust me, you get what you pay for and more! There's even a way to split your rent payment up to make it more manageable. I was a little sceptical at first but Im so happy I live here now, I love it!

Maria was a excellent she went the extra mile to help me get my apartment she help through the entire process. Whe I got my keys and went into the apartment I couldn't believe how clean and well take care this apartment was i even had a gift basket the place can't be more perfect honestly I haven't seen a Customer service like the one in emerald grove in a very long time I will definitely recommend 100%

This is a dorm room. It was a dorm room set up for Disney for decades. The parking lots, breezeways, lights, etc have seen better days, and FORGET finding parking after 8pm. But the biggest gripe is the game they play when you renewal. Don’t be fooled by that low introductory rate….they told us the renewal amount would be $800 MORE a month versus someone who just walked in off the street. Their argument was they “predicted” the market would go up in 90 days…it didn’t! And they refused to honor the price for new residents. So be warned, you’re gonna pay $2500 a month for an old dormitory

I lived there per 1 year. I had problem with the neighbors above me every day. They made whatever they want and the office didn't care. I called the police because they said to call if I needed and when I did they said: uow you don't need to do that. They really don't care about the rules. I lived in the apt 3807, if you wanna stay awake all the night because the people don't have any respect it's a good option. The front door had some space so the lizzards entered the house all the time, some cockroaches..
I moved out in October 30, I received my deposit back now December 30, almost 2 months after because they didn't put my address on the system and because I was charging them about my money.

I DONT RECOMEND!

I left the apartment as I received it and cleaned it. When I called them to receive the deposit, they told me that $600 had been deducted to clean the garbage in the breezeway. I told them that I had cleaned it. They told me that they could not serve me until the manager back from his vacation in two weeks

If you value your peace and quiet, steer clear of this apartment complex. My neighbors were incredibly loud, with constant stomping, running, and parties that lasted until 3 in the morning. I reported these issues to the leasing office multiple times, only to be told that they prefer residents handle such matters amongst themselves. After numerous back-and-forths with building management, their final "solution" was to suggest that I call the police and file a report —so what exactly is the role of building management?

The hallways were FILTHY. In the entire year I lived there, I never saw them cleaned once. The pool was frequently closed due to glass being found in it, a clear indication of management’s incompetence when it came to enforcing community rules.

If you’re a light sleeper, I strongly advise you to avoid this place. The seemingly attractive prices come at the expense of your sanity. So glad to be gone.

I went to a lot of other apartment complex and even had an appointment for another place the day i went to Emerald Grove and ended up cancelling the other one as soon as I went there and met Pearl, she showed me arround and I was in love with the place, Recia ran the extra mile and they both teamed up to help us in the process of applying. I have my keys in record time and are very greatful. 200% recomended!
