Aaron was our technician, his window was 9 to 11 am, he arrived around 11:30. Although he is very friendly, he did not do his job nor are we remotely satisfied with the services of fixing and installation of a new shower set up. Ours was leaking. We bought our own fixtures and a rain shower head and were told we could only use the rain shower hookup. Well enough of me trying to explain I will show photos. Of the services and the clean up that he provided.

Aaron just left from fixing the installation. It's better than it was. I will include a picture of the completed work, where it is now sealed.

We had a great experience. Aaron was hard-working, kind and professional. Putting a water heater in the attic in 98 degree heat is miserable but you would have never known it by his response. Aaron even stayed late on our first appointment to accommodate our schedule. We had to go back and forth with questions because of a warranty claim and experienced great customer service by all involved.

They offer an amazing service plan which can be paid for monthly that not only services a/c and plumbing but electrical as well. Very fair and straight forward, I would recommend them 100 times over! Spencer Crane was the most courteous and prompt AC repairman I've ever encountered over my 50 years of home ownership. He was courteous as he was prompt. He went about his business with a directness, but I just don't see anymore. You should be proud that you have him working for you. He is a credit to your company and represents you extremely well.
