Excellent, excellent, excellent service!

After another company (Perfect Service Heating & Air) caused damage in an attempt to make money by making us buy a new unit from them; we called Dawson True Heating & Cooling LLC.

They came out the same day. They were professional and informative. After greeting each other and showing them where everything was, the technician got right to work.
The technician inspected the unit, found the problem, explained the problem and solution to the wife and I, fixed the problem the same day and the unit is now working better than what it was before.

I was so grateful we finally found a company that is honest and true to their word. After all was said and done, I told the technician that they now have a customer for life!

They were very timely, they were very professional. For example my HVAC was working when they initially left my house but within the next few hours it started acting up again. I called them after hours and they sent someone out immediately to come address the issue and now my HVAC is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

My Ac system was out all weekend long call Dawson True Heating and Cooling Monday morning at 6 am they returned my called at 7 am when they open and someone was at my house by 10 am and fixed AC I will definitely be using them again!!
