I can’t thank Matt enough for not only coming a week earlier than my scheduled appointment but also taking care of my critters in just one treatment! Matt is a wealth of knowledge, which he takes the time to share. He’s very courteous, respectful of my home (he wore slip on booties) and went that “extra mile” which seems lost on some companies, but was definitely noticed & appreciated. I called with a problem with wasps, as I know many people have in this area. I asked about the process and pricing. Matt came out and did his treatment at the scheduled time and, low and behold, no more wasps!
The service was as described, worked like a charm, and the price was fair.

Prices kept going up. Still had ant problems after his visit. Very inconsistent service. I paid for a year in advance and seems like they just didn’t have to time to give good service. I only saw the owner a couple of times. Instead his employee really dropped the ball. He would say he was coming out and then wouldn’t. I asked about that and I got told he did come out. So after pre paying for a year I found a better company and I will never recommend green bones to anyone.
