I hired hired Orren Bemrose at Colorado Front Doors recently to do a carpentry job at my home (raising a sagging floor joist with a jack post). After interviewing several possible contractors/carpenters, I went with Orren because he didn't try to upsell me on the job and he was very honest and professional. The job is now complete, and I'm very glad I selected him. We've even got in the scope of work an agreement for him to come back and check his work for any needed adjustments over the next 3 years. I cannot recommend Orren and Colorado Front Doors highly enough!

Orren was wonderful to work with the repair/adjustments of our two exterior doors. He greets you with a smile and handshake, explains his pricing upfront, and communicates throughout the process. Orren is friendly, professional, and thorough. Finding someone who will repair/adjust exterior doors is not easy as most companies only install new doors. CFD (Orren Bemrose) worked on three quite varied projects for us over the past two years. One small, one medium-sized and the third, a big 2-summer job to replace several of our decks. The projects were meticulously and conscientiously completed, and it is clear that they will all beautifully endure. Orren spent so much time to make sure each of these were done the right way "inside and out." His extra-efforts included scrambling through a very tight crawl space under our 120-year old house to make sure the foundation was completely secure. In all three projects there were setbacks because of the age of the house, shoddy work by former carpenters or site specific complications. Orren was open about these complexities and took on the challenges when we gave him the go-ahead to move forward. Orren is courteous and respectful by nature and conviction. We've recommended him to all of our friends and hope this doesn't get in the way of his taking on future projects at our place!
