They don't work of Fridays crippling all the businesses that do. A lot of their positive reviews are employees and and freinds and family of siea, especially the ones on theor website. Instead of improving services incrementally they do the opposite and incrementally decrease quality while using PR to hide.

Worst electric company in the history of electric companies. If I could give them -10 stars I would. They take advantage of their customers like no other electric company. You set up service at your new address and to have them turn the power on the same day is a 60 dollar fee. This is something they don’t have to come to your home for either. All they have to do is flip a switch. This company is really takes advantage of their customers. Their monopolization of energy in this area is disgusting.

Said they where going to shut off our electric not even 24hrs after my bill was due. I pay prepaid so I can keep track of what they are charging. This morning I wake up to an email saying my bill has ran $4.63 over. I then receive what the call a courtesy call to inform me if I don’t pay by 1pm they are shutting off the electric. This place is a joke but they are the only option in the area. If you are able put up solar and avoid this Monopoly.

Out of all of the worst companies in Walsenburg this one is by far the absolute worst company. Frequent power outages and sometimes the power outage happens on a nice clear beautiful sunny day for no reason and there is never an explanation.... We need more power company options in Southern Colorado San Isabel electric is a company that must be defeated!

Another extremely cold night that myself and my young children are stuck freezing for HOURS without any ability to warm our home or make dinner! I worry for all our elderly neighbors that are medically fragile and are at risk members of society because of their age and difficulty maintaining through situations such as this! Unacceptable service! This happens very often in the winter, and still have unscheduled outages even in sunny weather without any rain or high winds. WHAT IS THE ISSUE? We will be selling our home and moving soon as possible- primarily because of this piss poor delivery of a VERY necessary utility.

I hate SIEA, they pick the perfect times to work on things, great job guys, keep up the poorly trained work. I don't/never will work for electric company(s), but even I know every electric pole has a date stamp on it when it needs to be changed. So maybe if they did their job right, my food won't be starting to spoil. So thanks SIEA.

I am shocked at all the bad reviews!
I have always received great service in person or over the phone, most of the stores in Walsenburg could follow their lead quite honestly.

If this place moved any slower with repairs to services, Christmas would have come and gone about 10 times. Are they going to replace the 1000'sof dollars of food lost.
