When I first met Kris, he was working for a solar installation company. He was very knowledgable and worked with me to design the solar system I wanted. He then moved on to create his own company. Meanwhile, the solar installation company installed the system but then had problems getting the system approved by my utility company. (Note to self - get utility company approval of the design BEFORE installation.)
In desperation, I reached out to Kris at his new company and he graciously worked with me and his old employer to resolve the problem and get the system approved. His knowledge of the solar installation process as well as the utility company nuances was awesome. He really got me out of a jam.
