Sorry Scott, I tried to give you every opportunity to make the situation even partially right.
The owner of this company will break your quote into parts so that you have no idea on completed cost of the project nor on timelines. He will do the first part of the work, then leave you completely hanging on the rest. You can try to call and email him to discuss things, but you will be ignored. I have over a dozen calls and emails to Scott to try to schedule the final part of my project and nothing is responded to.
I called in a second contractor who said the scope of work that Scott wanted to do was completely wrong as there is nothing that can line the existing septic line in the way Scott originally proposed. The consensus is that once Scott realized this, he tried to ignore all contact because he could not admit the mistake and work to a common solution.
So if you expect professionalism on anything that gets tricky, run away. If your project is simple and straightforward, they are great. Just make sure you only use them for the basics.

NoCo Septic is amazing. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. We needed a brand new septic system and they helped us understand all we needed. We are doing a ton of projects on our property and we always have issues with contractors, but Not NoCo Septic. It was amazing to work with such an amazing group that was well priced, knowledgeable, was on time, and super friendly and communicative. I am telling everyone to use NoCo. NoCo Septic (Scott Kapala) saved the day today! He matched our sense of urgency by making himself available to pump out our septic against a time sensitive deadline. He respected our need to have him park on the street given we could not risk having a heavy truck possibly break our concrete. Not only did his truck have the power to do the job, but he was extremely thorough, timely and very fair priced.
