The first contractor we worked with to install a solar system on our off grid cabin left the project incomplete and in a dangerous state. Kyle’s team assessed the situation, made a plan to fix the mistakes from our initial install, and completed the updates very quickly and on budget. They communicated with us promptly throughout the process, answering our many questions with clear and professional replies. They found solutions that not only help us in the short term, but also set up our system with options to grow and expand for the future. Customer service was awesome and EIE was super easy to communicate/schedule with. They were clean, efficient, and obviously experts. They worked well with the city inspector and upgraded my electrical panel so that it could support an addition, tiny house, and solar (my old 1000 sqft house had a tiny panel in the master closet and required quite a bit of good work and long electrical runs both indoors, outdoors, in a crawl space, and in an attic to achieve). Elevated Independent Energy was great to work with. Their quote came in cheaper than other competitors, yet the quality of their work was top notch. They were very quick to provide a quote and to schedule an appointment shortly thereafter. I had to provide some information about my home setup on the front end, but they were able to complete the installation with minimal information and with no prior inspection or involved conversations. They also were willing to be flexible on the date since I did not know when my Tesla wall connector would arrive. The inspector even mentioned that the work performed was of a very high quality. In addition, the installation only took them a few hours, and they installed some pipes around the wiring so that no wiring was exposed, and the pipes look aesthetically pleasing. Finally, it was nice that they did not invoice me or require any deposit until the installation and inspection were complete. I would highly recommend Elevated Independent Energy to anyone.

I really loved working with Elevated to install our solar panels. After receiving three quotes, they were the most affordable while still installing quality panels. They helped us navigate the process and figure out how much energy we would need, which was more complicated to calculate than I expected. The team was also super patient as I waffled back and forth while deciding whether or not to finance the installation. Though we had some delays with permits, that was hardly Elevated's fault, and they kept me informed the entire way. The actual installation was remarkably fast, and I'm extremely pleased with the final product. I enjoyed interacting with all of the employees, and they really made me feel like I was part of the family. When I eventually want to purchase a battery for the system, they will be my first call. Hopefully I'll get to see the team out at Bluebird Backcountry this winter so I can thank them in person!
