The installer has exceeded my expectations so far. My solar consultant has been very responsive to answer any questions/concerns professionally After back and fourth conversations for few weeks, he was able to convince me that solar system is beneficial not only for my wallet but also for the environment in the long run. I got a great deal that saved me over $5000 if I had gone with another company. Rest is the history now. After I signed the contract, the installation team was in action right away, they installed solar system in my house within a week. Whole process went smoothly. We are now waiting for city inspection (expected within a week) and utility company to install the net metering system (expected within 2-3 weeks). I can't wait to finally power my house with the renewable energy that I was dreaming for a while.

Our experience with Blue Raven Solar has been a very positive one. Since our Salesmen Chase Thomas walked in our door we have been extremely pleased with his professionalism and expertise in all phases of installation process. The installation crew were fantastic. The only issues we had were with the county but Blue Raven handled all of that mess. Chase was very respectful and walked us threw the entire process. Even 6 months after our installation he is always accessible. Not to mention how well the system is running. Thank you Chase!!

Solar companies have a bad reputation, from over promising and under delivering, to pushy commission focused sales tactics. When I started my journey into this, my “a-hole” radar was on high alert- and it alarmed multiple times…. However, when a colleague mentioned that he had dealt with these guys, and would recommend them, I reached out. They spent hours with me, going into finite detail, recommending what I should and should not get, even consulting on products they did not supply. I knew then, that they were the ones to go with. Over the course of 1-2 months they consulted, waited, and answered follow up questions, without putting me under undue pressure. When I finally made the decision to proceed, the whole process was seemless and I’m now fully installed, and in fact, I just spent another hour on the phone reviewing solar production vs expected. I’ve already put in recommendations to colleagues, friends and neighbors so would 100% recommend these guys to anyone looking into solar.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer service of Chase Thomas. He walked me through every step of the process and was always available for questions, and I had many about the particular circumstances in my case (a rental and not living close by). What a great experience! I wanted to go solar for a while. I had a company give me a quote once but they were SOOO pushy. These guys did all the research and work for me. They got me a couple quotes and negotiated pricing. The install process was easy too. Super impressed.
