I wanted to give zero stars, but Google doesn’t allow it.
I would like to report an issue with the recent vegetative waste collection service in my area following Hurricane Milton. I noticed that the work was not completed adequately on my property and on my street. The collection truck, number 20191, plate number P3014D, seemed to have been selective, leaving a significant amount of debris in front of my house and failing to collect everything on my street.

As a taxpayer, I find the quality of service received unacceptable. If this situation is not corrected, I will be compelled to contact the Mayor’s office of Orange County. I would appreciate your prompt attention to resolve this inconvenience. This happened today, October 19th, in the 32817 zip code.

I'm honestly sick and tired of this company. The driver broke my can and is extremely rude. I'm at the end of my rope. Is give you all zero stars if I could. I call and nobody answers. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

What a wonderful job this company did. They cleaned up Port Saint Lucie in 2 weeks, Waste Pro destroyed our beautiful city in the last 2 to 3 years. The FCC drivers and people I've spoken to are friendly and have a genuine care and concern for our city. Their trucks are brand new and beautiful. Keep up the great work.

My husband just got home from working the graveyard shift and the sanitation truck driver was blaring his “train horn” at the house. We realized he was upset that we had a car parked on in front of our house on the side of the road that was “in his way”. He made us go out and move the car even though it was parked legally and he had room to get through. He repeatedly blared his horn several times. He woke up half the neighborhood. They need more professional and skilled drivers.

Had an unfortunate incident on May 13, 2019, were an FCC driver damaged a basketball goal in front of my home accidentally.

I contacted FCC via email and telephone, through good fortune I met Orange County Operations Manager Mr. Hector Vega. Mr. Vega responded to my home obtained and viewed camera footage and through his own investigation (via drive cam) identified the driver and truck. Mr. Vega was apologetic and a consummate professional in the manner he managed my claim. By maintaining contact with me throughout the process until resolution.

FCC performs a thankless job, I rarely gave much thought. However, while in Mr. Vega's office I saw multiple color drawings by children, thanking the garbage men. I made it a point to thank them in person too!

Have been having a horrible experience with this company. They recently began service here in lake county. I have been calling to report and issue and arrange large item pickup for over a week with no answer or returned call. When I call the other location like Orange and Polk counties I’m refused service as I’m outside of their area … this is just absolutely ridiculous

Pick up should NOT start at 9am on a weekday when EVERYONE is on their way to work!!! If you’re picking up and making your rounds during the week, DO IT AT 6am when traffic isn’t nearly as heavy! Tried to call and talk to a manager and was hung up on TWICE! Very unprofessional, very much so In the way.

There is a profound lack of competent management. If FCC had a modicum of erudition, the business would have developed instead of uniting with the Titanic.
