Cannot possibly recommend Tower Energy strongly enough. Of course we're all cost conscious, but it's important to remember that random mom and pop oil companies who offer very low price per gallon gimmicks might sound terrific in the short-term, but those places will not be there for you when you have an issue with your heating system. The techs and admin staff at Tower Energy are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of their customers. They provide trustworthy and thorough work as well as competitive pricing - and Jerry and his entire team is committed to giving back to our community. You cannot possibly go wrong with Tower Energy for all of your home heating needs.

I recently had Tower Energy service my oil burner. The technician, Kejaun, did a great job and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. During his system inspection, he discovered the expansion tank was not working. He explained the function of the tank and why it needed to be replaced. He returned a week later to install the tank. Both times, the technician showed up in the time frame provided. The customer service Tower provided from the first call, to the finished work, was exceptional. This is the first time I have used Tower Energy for service, and no doubt, they earned my future business.

I have Tower Energy to do AC tuneup every year at a condo I own. Their rates are very reasonable and they do good work. I will have them take care of my oil boiler later in the year and I will be getting oil from them too. I told my sister about them and she will call them for service of her central air and gas furnace. I am glad that I have found them because they are very decent and it’s one stop shop for me.

Had tower convert us over to propane. The crew was clean, courteous very polite. The job site was spotless when they left and everything works beautifully. I am very happy with their service and more than happy to recommend them to anyone else.

We have had a propane furnace/system installed by Tower Energy for 2 years. Initially there were a few issues but eventually they got it working ok. When they were Greco they seemed responsive. This past Sunday our hot water stopped working. THEY don't come out on weekends?( I'm glad it wasn't no heat in the middle of winter!)
well we did not see a technician until the following Wednesday! That's today. The guy spent about a half hour troubleshooting then got on the phone for another half hour.
He comes in and tells us the part they need won't be here until Friday!! What!! No hot water for 6 days!! Great system they got there. It wasn't cheap to buy this "super duper" system. An oil furnace would have been cheaper and I know from experience it would have been fixed quickly.
Anyway, the guy then hands us a bill for $186!!!!!!
What What a complete ripoff!! The system is still under warrantee. Ohh. Lucky us, we get the part coming in God knows when for free.
This is criminal. And we are still without hot water.
I am very sorry I talked to Grecho now Tower energy. They really gave us a royal shaft here. System: unreliable. Service poor at best. Cost: Way too much.
Stay away from this lot if you want decent home heating and hot water. We're stuck with them: YUCK!!!
Added to this they did come out and fixed the problem and charged us $370 dollars!! The warranty didn't feel like one after that.
Then after all that the hot water problem returned and works on and off now.
Then after all that, the furnace began leaking.
Very unhappy with this system.

My experiences with Tower energy are always professional and great. Thanks.
They offered to come out immediately, but said it could wait until morning so we wouldn’t have to pay overtime.
He arrived by 10am and resolved our issue.
