Our furnace was 35 years old. Our oil company recommended Energy Unlimited. We got 4 estimates to replace the furnace. This company was “by far” the best price and was replacing our furnace with the same one everyone else quoted. Not only a new furnace and burner and pump, but all of the circulators, extra shut offs, inline relief valves and expansion tank. They sent a team of three and the new furnace was in and the old one out in 6 hours. Their attention to detail was excellent and the basement area was left spotless. Do not go with a company without getting a quote from Mark!!!!

had an issue with my heating the night before a snowstorm, was directed here from my oil company for their emergency service line and mark was so incredibly kind on the phone just to troubleshoot me at such a bad time of night. had a tech come out a few days later and he was so kind and happy to answer my questions and went the extra mile to help explain how some things work and did everything he could to help me on my budget. i would recommend these guys to everyone going forward, and they’ll be my only HVAC call now on!

I needed to replace my old central ac. Energy Unlimited recommended and installed a ductless ac/heat unit. The office was great in scheduling installation. Work was done in less than a day. Workers put down sheets to protect floors and vacumed area they were working in. I love the new system and look forward to using less energy than the old ac.

We suffered an emergency situation at midnight with our furnace hemorrhaging water. Mark, the owner, called us first thing in the morning, unfortunately i was still sound asleep from cleaning up water late into the night. Mark could have left one message and played phone tag with me all day. HOWEVER, what makes Mark and Energy Limited stand out, is he was determined to get in touch with me that morning and come out to see what work needed to be done to get my furnace functioning. Mark came out that morning and was able to get us up and running. We agreed the time to replace our oil furnace and hot water tank had come.

In one day a team of professionals converged on our house and installed a chimney vent, removed my entire system and installed the Buderus boiler and hot water tank. The finished product was worthy of a brochure picture. The job site was pristine.

They completed the removal and replacement of antiquated heating, hot water and air conditioning systems in a timely, neat and efficient manner...and this was not a simple project. The original competitive quote was honored with no surprises and they even cleaned up my “box of horror” wire mess that was part of the original system and replaced a faulty thermostat at no extra charge. Everyone that I had contact with was easy to work with, pleasant and respectful. Thanks Energy Unlimited, we love our new Hydro-air system!
