Callie is wonderful. We stayed on a catamaran for 5 days on Stock Island. We made arrangements with her a few weeks prior for a full days worth of meals. Sailing out was delayed due to rough seas, so we called Callie for another days worth of meals and she was right on it. The food was amazing and I highly recommend her Key Lime Pie!! Callie is very nice and we will be ordering from her again when we come back to Key West. Highly Recommended!

Hands down the BEST meals we experienced in Key West! We dined at some of the best reviewed restaurants in Key West and I can honestly say that Callie's provisions are second to NONE. Dinner, brunch, and prepared meal for our sailing trip were exceptional. Callie and Viktor are personable and provide beautiful presentation. Our group of ten were blown away by the quality. Highly recommend and will definitely be looking forward to enjoying chef Callie's Provisions of Key West in the future!

Chef Callie is awesome! Friendly, fast and accommodating. We reserved a day of catering and when our plans changed for the week she let us add an extra day with no problem. Her food is excellent. Whether it was seafood or pulled pork everything was so good. I would highly recommend!

Hands down the best meals that we ate during our entire seven day stay in Key West. Brunch, Dinner and prepared food to take on day trips was all perfect! Callie was punctual, professional and made meal times for 5 couples extremely relaxing. This is the way to dine in Key West!!!

Chef Callie was so personable and has the best homemade Ceviche and homemade Key Lime Pie (which was also Instagram worthy it was so pretty). We requested her services twice during our trip! Highly recommend her!

Chef Callie is amazing! She composed a menu to everyone’s dietary needs. ( and picky teenagers too!) One night she even cooked our fresh caught fish in a mango beurre blanc sauce and paired it with jasmine saffron rice, along with grilled vegetable skewers! What a treat not to have to cook and clean after a day on the water! The food was oustandlingly delicious and the service was impeccable! She thought of everything down to the finest details. Our entire group of 14 were extremely pleased. Will definitely use Chef Callie again! For a top notch experience we highly recommended Provisions of Key West.
