Same day service on a Friday before a holiday weekend, the scheduling team along with the techs we’re awesome to work with and followed up to ensure everything was working and to our satisfaction. I hope to not need this service again anytime soon, however they are saved in my phone as the first place to go when I do need help with any of my residential appliances! 5 Star service and beyond, thanks SuperTech USA!

I had tried to go thru my insurance they wanted me to wait 4 days before they would send someone. I called Super and he was here within the hour diagnosed my problem and let me choose
Which route to take. I let him order the part and it came in when he said it would had my fridge fixed. Phi is very professional and keeps you well informed. Saved me a ton of money. I will definitely recommend and use them again if needed.Super Tech is super.

The first tech I got was not personable. They don't give receipts and I had to call to get an invoice emailed. There's a lot of communication issues within the company itself, seeing as the second visit I had to call for twice.

The repair was finally made, and I was taken care of by a different tech that was very kind and much more what I expected as far as service.

On the plus side, one of the techs is wonderful, and eventually, the repair gets done. The con is that you may have to give it a few tries with back and forth. And you may get the first tech that wasn't very nice.

This is an edited review; my original review was a one-star because I was not pleased with the service + level of professionalism. Three stars, thanks to the second tech that honestly deserves a bonus or whatever rewards this company gives. I would give a name to directly give accolades to the young man, but I don't feel comfortable doing so.

Regardless, the fridge works.

Our tech, Phi, ( if my memory serves me) was able to diagnose and give us an estimate for repair rather quickly. He was here at the expected time slot and was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. Considering the cost for repair on the 8 year old refrigerator we opted to purchase new. I’m not saying the repair price was crazy high. It was what we expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for service. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.
