Manager Bryan Reese was extremely helpful with assisting me with car garage rental unit. Went well beyond normal expectations. When I had problems with lock I had previously bought and used at this facility, he came out to remedy situation by exchanging for new lock. And considering that we were working out in our 90 degree Florida Temps & humidity; he offered cold water and complimentary koozy. Will always return to this Hideaway Storage facility.

Hide away presents itself as a Christian, ethical site, but they are just like the others. W/in a couple months after moving in, they will increase your rates by 20-30%. I’ve called 4 times to redo my auto payment and twice they said 1 of my 2 units was not rented. The Helpdesk routes to a central group in India (helpful and polite), but calling 4 times to accomplish the same basic task (auto payment and rental) should not be required.

The manager and his assistant are great and super helpful. He took time to show us the exact unit we would be renting and explained everything. The units are clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this place over others in the area.

I'v been using HideAway Storage, Cortez Rd, for a few years now and was always very happy with the service. Since Dave became the manager of that facility I am even more happy! His customer service is amazing and goes beyond your standard expectations.
