JR and Elisha have been great. Our Condo was trashed By Hurricanes Helene and Milton. They were able to secure us two Climate Controlled storage units and then they were able to rent us a 20 foot U-Haul for our move and 10 foot U-Haul’s as needed for storage. Our Guys moving our Salvaged furniture used the Truck’s, Dolly’s and supplies we purchased from them.
I could not recommend a better place .
5 STAR SERVICE. EXCEPTIONAL DURING THESE REALLY HARD TIMES. We lost our home for at least 6 months from storm damage - dry out - mold remediation - roof repairs - remodel etc…

The manager (I'm terrible with names) is great! Always super friendly and addresses any questions or requests I have quickly if he is able. The facility itself is super clean and not needing any repairs that I can see. I have used them a bit over a year and don't see myself changing anytime soon.

Very kind and accommodating people they were very helpful with us when we needed to move in quickly and also allowed as and extra day of leniency at the end as we needed and extra day to move everything into our new apartment after our home was destroyed. The facilities were very nice and kept clean. If you ever need a place to store your stuff this is definitely the place you should use.

Compass self storage was a very comforting to come to the lady Alicia that checked us into the place it was awesome good price
The only problem I had was with the manager Jr he was a real ass to me I here early was waiting on my helper ,and I fell asleep. I'm 63 and I get tired he acted like I was robbing the place he found out I was late on the storage unit in ran down here with a lock and it was all happy and locked it up and really smart ass way very unprofessional but Alicia if you get her you will love her if she goes we go with all 5 inits

This facility far exceeds any storage facility that I’ve been to in a while… The expertise and professionalism of Elisha and JR make this the place to come to!! Instead of taking hours, like most places, we were in and out very quickly!! Definitely “a must” to check out!!
