I had my system installed by Solar-Ray in 2018 with no issues since. In 2023 I had my roof replaced by my insurance and Solar-Ray removed and reinstalled the panels perfectly. They also upgraded some components and wiring for free.

I want to address some concerns I keep seeing here for the "bad" reviews. Saying Solar-Ray "ghosted" you is not possible with this company. I have dealt with them several times and there has always been good communication. Also, Solar-Ray NEVER would recommend installing an inverter inside your home. However, they will install it anywhere you want, but they inform you the downsides of doing so. The one negative review saying she hears a "buzz" from the inverter it 100% her fault.

Anyway, if you go with this company they will do you right. Anyone saying otherwise is lying or only giving you one side of a very disingenuous story.

On August 16,2024, I scheduled a Service Tune-ups preventive maintenance checks services inspection offered by Solar Ray to ensure uninterrupted power during and after hurricane season for our safety. Our home solar panel system was commission on 02/12/2019.
When the Solar Ray company vehicle parked, in front of our home and Mr. Michael Brown(Owner) and Mr. Alex Miller(General Manager) introduced themself, I felt at ease because is not an every day occurrence that an Owner and the General Manager come out to inspect your solar system to ensure peak performance.
This visit demonstrated their commitment to excellent customer service, their 100% guarantee, quick response and the quality of the materials is shown in the Service Tune-ups results showing that solar panels, support frame, were level, secured and working properly as well as the SMA Inverters, the electrical boxes mounted inside and outside our home were safe and secure.

Solar-Ray did an excellent job Installing my solar panels. All of their employees were friendly and respectful. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I’ve had it done. My electric bill is low and I’m keeping my carbon footprint clean. I had a roof leak that wasn’t even their problem. They have come out numerous times to help me fix it. Finally figured out it was wind driven rain coming in through my vent. I can’t say enough about the integrity and helpfulness of this company. We have had estimates from a bunch of solar companies over the last 2 years but Solar-Ray stood out as being the most honest and professional solar system company. They had a 2 page contract, which was straight to the point and had no hidden verbiage to screw you over in the long run.

We recently had solar power installed on our home in Orlando. We looked at several companies and settled on Solar Ray. For the most part we considered; cost, value, stability, reputation, and equipment. What we didn't factor in was customer service. Our sales rep, Mustafa Subasi, was absolutely awesome. With very little, pressure, Mustafa came to our house, talked to us about our current and future power needs, the Solar Ray company and their equipment. While sitting with us, he put together a draft system and talked over all the benefits. He came back within a day or so with a final solution, that's when we signed.

The installation was flawless and was done in less than two days. Mustafa was there most of the time making sure we were happy. After the installation was complete, their field supervisor came by to inspect the quality of the installation.

After we were connected to the grid, Mustafa monitored our system to insure it was working correctly. We had no idea he was doing this until I found him outside looking at the inverters. When I asked him what was up, he told me he noticed an imbalance in the power and wanted to check it out. Before we even knew anything was wrong, Mustafa already had a service tech repairing the issue. It was a simple fuse that went bad and was quickly fixed.

Our system has been working great for the past few months. We are generating more power than we use. We are also saving CO and helping the environment. To be honest, I wasn't even thinking about that when we decided to go solar, but it's such a great side benefit and gives us a warm feeling about the decision to install solar.

I can't stress enough how satisfied we are with Solar Ray, Mustafa and the installation crew. If you are looking to install Solar Power, you've come to the right place!!!
