Great company. I thought my computer had a virus and one of the two did have some infections but not as bad as what it could have been.  They came out on time and they called me when they were on the way and that's a big thing and a step above everyone else here in Florida.  The person that looked over my systems was intelligent and did a great job of reviewing everything.  They even had someone as backup on the phone to ensure the job was completed properly.  I was very happy with the service and would recommend.  Thanks again.

I purchased a new computer from Amazon and needed all the files and emails setup. I am really happy with the knowledge and expertise of this company. Just purchased another new computer from B2B IT.  Best Sarasota computer repair company hands down.  They are wonderful and have always been there for my wife and I for the past 10 years.  They worked on my first computer, set me up with another computer that probably would have out lasted me if I didn't want an upgrade.  They are very honest and I am happy to know them.  Much appreciated for the excellent work for the past 10 years.

WOW! Just WOW.  Very impressed with the service.  Probably like you, I searched for computer repair in the 34232 zip code and found B2B IT.  These guys are fantastic.  My computer was with another computer guy for 2 weeks and the guy did nothing.  I am moving so I was very desperate to get this computer up and running.  I called and they came out the next day and had me running properly before they left.  They were here about 4 hours and know computers.  I cannot say enough about the work.  I was afraid my mainboard or video card was failing.  They came out and were going to run diagnostics but after a few minutes they saw they didn't need to run them and my parts were working perfectly.  They created a backup of all my files and didn't charge me for it. They just wanted to ensure that my files would be safe. They reinstalled my operating system and everything is working beautifully.  This is an amazing company with extremely knowledgeable technicians.

Best Sarasota computer repair around.  This is one that you can count on to show up and be honest with you and not just try and take your money.  When I called them I know they have my best interest in mind and not theirs.  Thanks for being there and being honest.  I am happy to report that I thought I would need to purchase a new computer before they showed up but they tested everything and let me know that is not the case.  They fixed the issues and I am happy.

Hi I called yesterday and a windows surface laptop. My charging port stopped working. Heads up, if this type of computer has a C port, the 108W PD USB-C SUPER CHARGER by j5create works perfectly. Windows surface is not listed on the box, but I gave it a try and it started charging right away

While I am happy to write this review, I am not a techie so no techie words like network repair or computer whatever.  I run a business and I need that business to be up and running and these guys made it happen.  They did whatever they could to make that happen.  They worked until 11:30pm to ensure my quickbooks was working between two computers that were having major issues and then they came back for 7 1/2 hours the following week to clean up the viruses on my computer and make sure everything was working.  That is all I need to know and that is all you should need to know.

I originally brought my computer to a different Sarasota computer repair company; U-Break I-Fix but they didn't help me and just told me that my mainboard was bad.  I wasn't really comfortable with their answer so I called B2B IT Solutions and I am glad I did.  The amount of testing and communication I received from them was fantastic.  I received videso, images and consistent communication about my job and what was happening.  They responded back to me quickly when I had questions and they stayed late to ensure my computer received attention and wasn't just sitting around.  This is is the Sarasota computer repair company you want to call if you want honesty and great service.  Really excellent job.  Thank you so much for everything and thank you for getting me a computer back up and running.   It was extremely difficult without my system.
