Visited for the first time and WOW! What an awesome place to be! The bartender Nicky was the best! Very attentive. And very nice. She really made us feel like family and I his will be our new spot from now on. Highly suggested. The vibe and atmosphere was great. Thank you Nicky for such a nice first impression.

I will withhold a review for this organization due to observable racial bias. I submitted feedback a month ago, yet there has been no acknowledgment from the establishment, despite them responding to other customer reviews. This lack of engagement and accountability points to deeper issues within their operational values and priorities. My experience with this Orlando, FL location has been particularly disappointing, especially when compared to the Tampa, FL location, which at least demonstrates professionalism by acknowledging customer feedback.

Fantastic lounge with a great bar. I was in Orlando for work for a week and I was lucky enough that Corona Cigars was located down the street from me. They have a great cigar selection, the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A special thank to Zamira for her professionalism and kindness.

Came here for the first time with friends. The atmosphere is really laid back, ventilation is good, wide selection of cigars and liquor. Cozy sitting area to relax or high tables to sit around with friends and chat while enjoying your cigar of choice. Definitely will be back.

Sierra is amazing! Super knowledgeable, kind, and helped us pick the perfect cigar for Sunday football! 100% recommend coming in to see her. Bartenders are amazing too!!
