“Lex” was AMAZING! She took the time to explain every package available as I am new to the area, this establishment and tanning company. She suggested the best lotion for my skin type, needs and wants. The beds (and establishment) are exceptionally clean. Her hospitality and knowledge knocks it out the park. Highly recommend this particular location.

I come here twice a week. Been coming here since it opened. It’s in-and-out really quick. Super clean with a variety of lotions that I can purchase. I have the membership, I say hello, tan, and out! Super smooth, great service, no wait. Love the business model, the price and the results. Period. Congrats team. You’ve earned a loyal customer.

Woman who works there don’t know how to work the machines she put me in for 10 mins when I wanted 12 and the machine died 6 mins in and refused to reset it need people who know how to do that very easy job …. Standing there and pressing buttons was to hard for her

I pay for a monthly membership and have been turned away four times now due to 1.5+ hour waits for the spray tan lines. I have driven to several locations each time and they all keep saying the same thing. Why am I paying for a membership I can’t even use? You need to find a way to prioritize those paying monthly, otherwise what’s the point? The locals are the ones supporting your business monthly, not the one off cheerleaders here for competitions once or twice a year. I will be canceling if this isn’t rectified. Terrible customer service. Not acceptable.

I gave this business a five star rating for many years and shared how much I enjoyed going here on Facebook and Ig updates. However what was a great experience has now turned into a horrible customer experience. I moved to Atlanta for a career change and during all the preparations I did not in person cancel my membership. I get that it is obviously the rule since I have called and tried to cancel since moving. However here we are 7 months later still trying to cancel. And still being billed 70 dollars a month. It's pretty sad that there are no other ways to cancel not by notary or email or fax. Things happen life happens. It's awful to show such great care with customers until they leave or move on. I woukd genuinely have told anyone about you or said how great my tans and experiences were. Now I can only say you will get a good tan BUT NEVER SIGN UP MONTH To MONTH! If anything happens you will be on the hook for awhile or until you can go in person. Looks ill have to make a drive next week to stop the billing. And since it's going to be after the 1st I'm sure I will be billed yet another $70 next month for something I won't use since it's not 30 days prior.... thats literally $560 dollars for absolutely nothing. They provided absolutely not one service or good for that nor did they attempt in any way to make canceling any easier.

Update: they have s8nce contacted me and cancelled my membership. I have added back since. This place is a good place to tan! Just be careful with memberships and cancellation.

I had my first versaspa spray tan here and it was amazing. The lady on the desk was super helpful and gave me all the information I needed. The spray tan was so quick and easy and I got great flawless results. I loved it here great work South Beach Tanning Company! <3
