We were sailing from Punta Gorda to Key West with a stop over in Marco Island. While we were there we experienced an issue with our Fischer Panda generator. After calls to multiple facilities, Kathy called me back and let me know that her tech was working on Marco Island and could stop by and take a look. Her tech, Kelly, came by and got us up and working. He was very courteous and professional. He even took off his shoes without being asked! Top notch. Thank you to Sea Tech and the great staff!

In an industry known for horrific customer service, Sea Tech is a breath of fresh air. Cathy is professional, prompt and always pleasant, and all of the techs have been proficient and a joy to work with. Sea Tech stood out from day one to me as a top notch company. I was introduced to Bruce at the Fort Myers Boat show in 2016. He was extremely knowledgeable and prompt with his estimates for my upgrades on my boat. I haves used them several more times over the years and can say they are the best you will find in SWFL. Their technicians are very professional and know what attention to detail means. I've seen a lot of boats with electronic upgrades that look so botched up. Not the case here. They make it look like a factory install. Recently I had to send my chart plotter back for warranty service. I was talking with Paul at the Boat Show asking for some advice on re-doing my dash. Paul and Bruce again stepped up and helped me with my new upgrades. I've recommended them to friends and professional acquaintances and felt the need to do so here as well. Job well done!

The SeaTech team is the most responsive and technically competent marine electronics product and service provider I have encountered anywhere in SW FL and on the Chesapeake Bay. They have solved problems that several other service companies couldn’t and they did it promptly and cost effectively. On top of that they actually answer phone calls so you’re not left hanging after having left a voicemail. They are the best.

As a retired Business owner, I learned many years ago that when you treat people the way you want to be treated, great things happen. And that’s how I found my relationship with Sea Teach when we met back in February of this year for the first time. I was introduced to them through another Captain who felt they could handle my needs regarding the electronics for our newly purchased 2015 Prestige 550. Like everyone else in the boating world, they are busy (which by the way is a good thing considering the current business environment). However, Bruce and his team have been extremely helpful in planning out the equipment I want, setting reasonable timelines for starting the project (keeping in mind the trials of just getting equipment from the manufactures), in addition to getting on their schedule once I approve the project. Regarding their workmanship, it’s been first class. Their Tech’s are great at installing and finding bugs when things just to communicate right. When we sit to review our progress, they bring the conversation to level that I can comprehend, (even though I’m somewhat of a closet geek). And when I have questions on operating the equipment and just cannot find it on Google or you tube, a call to them yields great results. Just recently I had issue with a hot water tank and Sea Tech was able to get a new tank and install it before we took a trip to Venice, FL.
So, if you’re like me and want great quality workmanship with the understanding that somethings just take time, I recommend you meet with Bruce and his team at Sea Tech for your electronic boating needs. Oh, and one last item, their attention to detail brings great value on the investment I’m making into our boat “Just Peachy”.

Hurricane Ian did a lot of damage to my boat that the insurance adjuster did not find. Thanks to technician, Kelly, he was able to uncover a multitude of issues and got my Grady White back in good condition so I can re-start my fishing charter business. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I am writing this note to show my appreciation of outstanding service. Steven is clearly an expert in SIMRAD screen technology. He diagnosed and fixed the issues very quickly. He then took the time to explain what the issues were and how he resolved them. He then gave me a short tutorial on how to use the full capabilities of the SIMRAD screens. He is competent, articulate and is clearly an expert focused on creating the right customer experience.

I want to let you know that because of Steven, going forward, I will only use Sea Tech for my marine electronic needs!

I would also like to praise the responsiveness and professionalism of Kathy Duell who was SO helpful in getting me scheduled quickly. I called Kathy multiple times and she was always willing to help no matter the questions.
