My A/C stop working on a Friday evening, 10-25-2024. Contact was made via home warranty with repair company - Love My AC, appt on Monday 10-28-2024. Repairman - Darrell came out and saw the problem immediately. It was the float control board full of gunk. He blew it all out with a shop vac. Problem fixed. He was on time, very professional and polite. Awesome job and many thanks!

Good part was they showed up. Bad part was they charged me $440 for the visit and “Gas” but the AC didn’t work at all. I repeatedly asked them for a receipt but they only sent $40 receipt that they He’s a scammer. Will ask you for a 5star review for 10% discount. charged on my credit card and nothing for the cash they took. Never responded to my voicemail. I had to call another technician who told they put too much Gas in the system and it’s a common scam to fill up the gas and charge. I don’t recommend this service. Oh and they offered me a 10% discount only if I give them 5 star reviews on the spot. What a scam..

Darrell came out to provide service check from our warranty company to our a.c. The warranty company denied our claim because Darrell said we did not maintain the system. He never asked us if we maintained so how can he say that. The system has been maintained. What kind of company asks no questions but writes a report they make assumptions on?
Now we have to appeal. We texted Darrell several times on why he wrote that without knowing, but he never responded to that text. And on top of that he said he can fix the issue for us if we pay over $1000. He is writing up reports in such a way to have claims denied so he can get the job and make money off of paying warranties customers.
