I am personally pleased with the price of my bill but like other people have said on their reviews a little bit of wind and rain and the power goes out. Maybe they should take better care of their power lines by trimming the trees a little farther away from the power lines and more frequently like JEA does. I watched it rain for a good 10 minutes and then no power and might I add 11 minutes before football and the last game of the year. In my opinion I believe someone else should be running Clay Electric because whoever is in charge now is not up to par.

We lost power due to Hurricane Ian. The wind ripped all power off our house which had to be replaced by an electrician. Clay Electric came out in the evening after everything was approved by Putnam County. Shannon and Sam were amazing in getting us back up and running - working into the evening. They even stuck around to make sure everything was working in our house when power was restored. You guys were awesome. Thanks!!

RUDE!!!! These people are probably the rudest people i have ever dealt with in my life. My light bill is ALWAYS over $400.00, for what reason?! i have no clue. When they are called out to come re-check, NO ONE SHOWS and apparently theres an 11 day grace period i never knew nothing about so my lights get shut off waiting on them to come re-check. Im not only a single mom but a foster mom, and these people are ridiculous!!!!
