I called for new location account. I told them my service address will be different than the billing address! Went over it again and again and they sent the bill to the wrong location!!!!! I called for customer service phone number and no menu option for the problem I have! There was no option to talk to a real person not even using a zero! They get a total F- for customer service and F- for the ding dong that Didn’t listen to Me!!!!

If you try to establish new service, they divert you to the website. Website is down and does not work. It lets you complete the entire process and then makes you start over each time .If you call and cannot hear the operator clearly she will insist You have speakerphone and hang up on you. Every call there after will be ignored. Apparently she thinks she lives there. Is this a business you are running? Or your grandmother's house with sensitive little feelings and terrible customer service? Incompetent and unprofessional. When there is no competition quality suffers and you have to take what you are given. You are ending up with this as a result. The world is watching now.
