As former employees of a "one company only" e-bike store, we loved that RH2 had a great assortment of different bikes by different manufacturers built and ready to test drive. Since we were already knowledgeable in the field, all Matt had to do was leave it up to us to test ride and see the quality and attention to detail in models better built and much less than the "one company only" shop. There is no pressure here, as the best lesson we learned from being in the business "Fit them on the right bike and it sells itself". This is true at any price range for e-bikes, and having someone close by, and hopefully soon in New Smyrna, any buyer should be able to find the right bike at the right price. We appreciated Matt's knowledge and patience, and will most likely be back with our jealous friends in the near future to, hopefully, help make more sales. Thank you Matt!

I don’t have much time to write a lengthy review. But I bought an E bike today and Matt was 100% fabulous.

After the sale every review on the internet was 100% in agreement with everything he said!!!

While I had never ridden an E-bike before I had owned many rode bikes and rode them for years…Matt’s thorough and clear explanation was complete and when I went on a test ride the operation and modes were exactly as described.

Riding an E bike is beyond fun. I had always used my traditional bikes for errands running, these bikes expand that ten fold.

I am thrilled with the entire buying experience and the bike!!!

Stopped in on a whim when we saw all the bikes and Matt outside. So glad we did, he was super knowledgeable and filled us in on all things e-bike. He wasn’t pushy or “sales-y” at all, but so informative he totally sold us! I rode mine home and absolutely LOVE it, we had to special order the 2nd bike so he is impatiently waiting for the call like it’s Christmas! So glad we purchased locally and have an actual person to help us if we ever need it! We have already referred our friends who are also in the market now that they’ve rode mine! So glad we found Rumble House 2 Motorcycles and E-bikes! We’ve been researching e-bikes for a number of months trying to make sense of all the information out there. Today we learned of Rh2 and made a visit to try out different models and sizes. This was the first dealer that gave us a real opportunity to easily test ride multiple styles.
