Tech solved the problem which was a poor brazing job done during the initial install, causing the refrigerant to leak. Will recommend another visit to properly seal leaking ductwork and joints which was also not done initially.

I am beyond impressed with the service I received. First, the company sends you the name of the technician with a picture to identify them! Stephen found the problem and provided an explanation that was understandable. He then returned to replace our tankless hot water system, on Christmas Eve! He was wonderful and left everything clean and ready to go. I highly recommend this company and Stephen, in fact, I was so pleased that I signed up for the Comfort program.

This company is fantastic to work with. They absolutely make it a delight to have to call the a/c repair company. Everytime we need them they're here quickly, get the work done right and the price is always fair and usually less than we expected. Great people, great service, great results. This was outstanding service. A major hurricane was coming and I had neglected to have my yearly generator serviced. Advanced Air showed up the next day and gave me piece of mind. Justin Taylor the service technician was awesome. He kept me informed of what he was doing every step through the process. You can be sure next year I will be scheduling with them and not waiting on a major hurricane to remind me. Outstanding and a pleasure to have service my generator. There is little more you can ask of an HVAC service tech than we asked of Keith, the tech who helped us today. He worked hard in tight spaces that were difficult to access, took pictures to school us on what we needed, prepped both our HVAC systems to keep running smoothly, upgraded our system to include an ultraviolet light, and was even conscious of cleaning up. This is not the first time we have had great service from Advance Air, but enjoyed working with Keith so much we hope he returns in the spring.
