Many customers have reported difficulties in reaching him for support after the sale, with one individual mentioning daily attempts to contact him over the last six months without success.

Recently, it was discovered that the business location on Hofftner is no longer operational. Customers should be aware that the seller is associated with Sunpower, which is currently facing bankruptcy and ongoing disputes with creditors and investigators. This situation has left customers with systems that do not perform as expected, and they have found that resources, such as the Sunpower App and website, are also non-functional.

This particular customer has felt compelled to pursue legal action and has taken proactive steps by blocking future loan payments to Sunpower's Financial Inc. in hopes of receiving a response. It’s advisable for potential buyers to thoroughly research and consider these circumstances before proceeding.
