Truck 13092, Terrence and Pedro did an excellent job picking up my large amount of palm branches from my front yard along the road. It was a difficult job with the grass growing up through it because it had sat for so long because of the hurricane. When I went out to thank them they were polite and courteous. I would like to add that the truck that picks up the garbage, solid waste, always leaves a mess with garbage scattered around the street and liquid sewage leaking out from the truck. I understand that some of the problem is the way residents bag their garbage before they place it in the bin. However there must be a way to keep the liquid sewage from being spread all over my neighborhoods roads. I can't even walk my dogs without having to avoid and weave between the puddles and trails. I've been in other neighborhoods in this city and other cities and have never seen this kind of mess before. It's unhealthy and dangerous to our pets and children. I do plan on going to the city console or whoever else will listen to me. The liquid sewage trails through my neighborhood needs to stop somehow. Maybe you need new trucks?

WORST management. Still never got MY cans. Been almost 3 years now(new construction). I was told that I can’t have more than one can of each can (garbage and recycling) Unbeatable. I have recycling can from my neighbor and the garbage is from another. Literally borrowing for years now. Check the ID numbers WP they don’t got to my property.
A over a year ago I was finally gonna get the cans to MY HOUSE. THAT NEVER GOT THE CANS THATS BELOMG TO THE PARCEL.
Truck showed up, took a picture. Then got a email telling me about one set of cans and I emailed back again explaining the situation another time. never got back to me. Even after I explain myself too many times.

I am convinced that you need a low IQ to work here. I have called multiple times to complain about the driver picking up the trash and then setting both cans down in the middle of the driveway. Why he thinks he needs to pull forward to put down the can is a mystery to me. I request callbacks from the supervisor, but he apparently is a ghost because I have yet to hear from anyone that "works" here. If I could take stars away, I would. Last picture is how I put them out. All the others are how they are when I get home and have to get out and move the cans so I can get in my driveway. Let it be raining someday when I get home. You'll see me in office the next day.

Unfortunately, the time for talking has passed. I tried to talk to you at least 6 or 7 times. Either you didn't want to talk or the girls you have answering the phones didn't do their job. I'm done talking. Your company is a model for how not to run a business.

I ordered two garbage cans (regular and recycle) on Feb 14. It is now August and I have yet to receive them. I have called 17 times as of today. Twice I was told a manager would contact me as the phone staff is clearly just as horrified as I am at the totally incompetent service I'm receiving. I have not only NOT received the cans six months later, but no manager has called me, ever. Waste (which means how much time I've wasted calling them) Pro (HA!) USA Ft. Myers.

UPDATE: After six months and seventeen phone calls with ZERO action on their part, Waste Pro Ft Myers only responded after I posted this public critique. (Take note folks) They quickly hustled out ONE of the two cans they promised SIX MONTHS AGO. I received the recycle can which was missing when I bought the house. The regular can is seriously damaged (photo included). The previous owner used screws and a metal plate to make it function. I have received zero information from Waste Pro Ft. Myers on when the other can will arrive. Once again, terrible customer service from a company with a government contract.

UPDATE: When I only received one can out of two after six months, I sent an email to the corporate office. They contacted Waste Pro Ft. Myers and the can was delivered the next Wednesday. (After six and a half months)

Please train your drivers in NW Cape Coral on how to NOT DUMP THE TRASH RIGHT BACK INTO THE STREET.

They have ONE JOB - Remove trash and take it to the dump. Instead, they purposely shimmy the container on the front of the truck as they’re driving, so the waste flings out onto the road. They do it EVERY TIME and it leave TRASH IN THE STREET. Broken bottles, bags, debris, ALL OF IT lands in the street. Now I get to go shoveling everyone’s garbage out of the street so next week they can dump it in front of someone else’s house.

And don’t act like “I can’t find your name in our system” as if that makes a difference. It doesn’t matter what my address is - I’m a customer and your drivers are just horrible at their job.

You are THE WORST company in the state of Florida. Everyone gives you 1-star reviews because you deserve it!

Over 90 days and I still can't get a new trash can. they won't let me pick one up they won't deliver one. My trash can fills with water and there's flies and rodents getting into it. Not only that but it's been sitting by the curb now for 90 days which looks terrible to my neighbors.
So I keep making makeshift lids for it and then the truck comes every week using the machine the guys just recklessly dump my new lid into the truck.(Rather than taking off the makeshift lid when they pull up and then dumping it)

We lost our dumpster due to Milton, I requested a new one and had it in two hours! It was greatly needed, we filled it immediately, and they came right back and took a bunch of our garbage!

Terrence and yoany (sorry spell check changed his name and I can’t remember how to spell it) are amazing they picked a dresser up for me and were so polite! Like these two men went above and beyond and were so friendly to talk too! Funny but hard workers are the perfect employee. That’s what those two men were. 5/5 I hope they get recognized for this because they deserve it. The nicest garbage men I’ve met by far since I’ve moved to Florida 10 years ago.
