I went under contract for a house then had Ben come out to do the home inspection. The house had an odor and I had them do a air test and it turned out the house had mold in it. And the seller didn't disclose it. Ben saved me a lot of heartache.

I moved into a new apartment, afterwards there for a few days the place had a weird smell, I looked up on Google and saw five-star had really good reviews, I called them up and got a hold of Ben he came out and did some test and it turns out my place did him mold. Now I'm getting with the landlord to see what they can do. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
