Called several companies. (Most seemed corporate/nationally owned) This one locally owned and operated. explained our issue and set an appointment for 3pm the following day. They had their technician (Jim) at our facility hours earlier! He identified the problem and had us back in operation in about an hour. Excellent work, explained everything about the issue and the correction! Even better; the charge for the whole repair was the same as these other companies wanted to just put us on their schedules to come out and look at it! We'll be using them again!

Ya’ll. I know we all get a little suspicious when all of the reviews are 5 stars, but I truly had a 5 star experience. Within 4 hours of my phone call about my AC going out, Magda let me know that Jim was on the way. He was very polite, knowledgable, and straightforward. Not only did he fix my problem, but he also gave tips on how to prevent it in the future. I’m an RN in the area and it really makes me happy to see people doing honest work with honest pricing, and being personable. I’ve been rather busy, so not only did I look a mess, but my house and yard are a bit of a mess right now—not once did I feel treated any particular way because of it. Hopefully I don’t have any/many issues in the future, but if I do, these guys will be who I call. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Brian is personable and kind, knowledgeable and a problem-solver! No one else took time during the quote process to troubleshoot problems with our a/c, explain how we can keep it working longer, to examine carefully and thoughtful some common pitfalls, and to measure and calculate our heat pump sizing. I appreciate every effort Brian made to win our business and to help us even if we need something other than a new a/c system. I am looking out for this quote more than any other, and I already know from the first interaction that any work from Better Air will be perfect!

Great company. I've known Brian for a while now. He knows his stuff. He kept an old system running for years. It was now time to get a new system. He spec'd out 2 options for a full heating/cooling system. His team did a fantastic job installing and creating a 2-zone system. I'm very appreciative of him and his team.

Brian at Better heating and cooling deserves 10 stars!! This company did amazing work and worked us in when no one else would. I called on a Monday, made an appt for Wednesday, and he was able to work us in on Tuesday!!! Our master bedroom and 2 yr olds room was so crazy hot it was unbearable and thankfully Brian was able to come fix it the next day. I am so incredibly thankful for him. You've got yourself a new customer for life. Thank you for providing such quality, professional, affordable work....in such short notice too!

They offer competitive pricing and superb customer service. Brian our technician has 30 years experience and is very knowledgeable. He was quick to respond to texts or calls, and made sure we were happy with everything. He and his crew installed our new unit, which included a build out of our air return, in one day. He made sure we understood the options, our needs, and steered us away from too big a unit. Then once installed he took the time needed to adjust system and explain it all to us. He always has a good attitude and was helpful. The crew also took the time to clean up when they were finished. Highly recommend them!

We can't say enough good things about Better Heating And Air Conditioning! From the initial call when we first noticed our HVAC was not keeping up with the cooling demand, to watching the van drive away after replacement, these guys are amazing! Bryan came the first time and checked out our dinosaur unit (21 years old) and took care of it to hold us over until he could get us a new unit ordered. His guys came and took care of the replacement/installation of a new Bryant Heat Pump and went over everything when finished. They took the time to do it right instead of rushing through the installation and made sure we understood everything they had done and operation of the new unit. Highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of service or replacement!
