Awful company to deal with, send you circle and circle to figure out something. When you call them, they tell you they will help with your problem, then you get an email from them, thanking you for the business and no real solutions to help. As soon as my contract is over, I will be doing business with somebody else.

SCAMMERS!!! Be careful, they do agreements for 60 months with no way to cancel it!!! Fee is HUGE! They increase amount every year!

Hired this company to shred important company accounting documents. Not only are they hard to contact and get a response, they double charge us over the quoted amount. In addition to double charging per box, they sent an invoice with a payment terms of Net 30 and also charged my manager's AMEX card for the over charged amount. It took a month and a half to get a credit on the Net 30 invoice. Also, they did not credit my manager's AMEX card for the credit card transaction. Use this company with CAUTION. DO NOT give them a credit card number.

Never once picked up our bio waste. We ended up having to go with a different company but they still send us a monthly invoice threatening to send us to collections. Just contacted my attorney to begin a joint lawsuit with two other businesses. Don't waste your money or your time
