I have complained about health and safety violations at a local restaurant. They told me there's nothing they could do because when they showed up nothing was wrong and that there's 450 other locations that need to be serviced. I said OK but how many of those 450 have complaints multiple times? No answer. This is a gov flush fund giving jobs for no reason... no teeth... no enforcement... won't change until someone dies then they'll say why didn't anyone tell us... we had no idea... people are telling them.... me... and they refuse to investigate. They said they don't investigate they observe. I asked if they could test... they said would be to expensive...I can get a home depot mold test for 9.99... what is our tax dollars used for other than this branch not answering the phone and not enforcing basic food safety or enforcement? Why does this dept exist? To exploit tax payers and give us a false sense of security?
