I came to this dealership 2 days ago to test drive a 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor. Once I met the salesman Luke, we left on a test drive but we only went approximately a half mile because the truck was empty and we were going to run out of gas and had to return to the dealership. Once we returned, Luke took photographs of my trade in and advised he would get with me the next morning. (At this time it was 5:15 and they close at 5:30). So yesterday as of 2:00 I have not heard anything from him or the dealership so I texted him and he replied saying he had just returned from lunch and sent me a trade in amount which I felt was low and told him, along with what I felt my vehicle was worth and he replied he would check and see. Well this is the next day and I still haven’t heard anything from this dealership. I am serious about buying a truck but apparently this dealership doesn’t want to sell one. I will be taking my business to another dealer.

I strongly do not recommend!!! It took a month just to get into the dealership for an appointment to repair my gate lift. A 2 hour job at the max. My appointment was Tuesday at 8:30am. When my ride picked me up at 9:30am my SUV was still sitting in the same place. I got a call later that afternoon stating that the parts would arrive Wednesday morning and the repairs would be done then and the cost was less than $1100. Thursday arrived and Havana Ford hadn’t texted or called so I called Ford. I was told the mechanic was out and my car wasn't ready. Friday still no contact from Ford, so I called them, the mechanic was still out. The service manager was non-apologetic about not updating me, nor contacting me since Tuesday, lying about the repair date and inconvenience me for days for 1.5 hour repair job. He didn’t even care that I was paying out of pocket for a car rental. He went as far to say (with an attitude) if I wanted to pick up my SUV I would have to pay for parts that were ordered (which were not even on the car). My car wasn’t even in the service garage it was sitting outside still waiting to be repaired. Needless to say the weekend went by. Monday morning I still didn’t receive any contact from Havana Ford so I texted at 11:18am “Are there any updates”. I received a call at 11:28am that my car was ready (still no apology and with a little attitude). When I pick my car up roughly around 12:30pm the service lady quotes a price $1247.48. I told her this is not what was quoted to me. She brushed it off stating that they probably forgot to add tax which they often do, and I am welcome to wait to talk to the service manager. I took my keys, check the repair and left. The leg sensor motion to lift the trunk doesn’t work as it should but it works. At this point I was over Havana Ford. Needless to say I pray that I never have to go back there again!!!
If you are told like I was told after checking with several places that only a Ford can work on the newer Fords, it is a lie. Check with your warranty company they will be happy to recommend anybody else besides Ford. I have had horrible experiences with both Tallahassee Ford and Havana Ford, to the point that I had to take my car back to repair, repairs. A little to late now, but I am truly glad I know now that there are alternative repair shops where I can take my Ford.

If you need repairs to a vehicle done, do not go to Havana Ford. Do not allow any of your family members go to Havana Ford. My father had a door ajar light malfunction on his 2018 F250. He took his truck to Havana Ford to fix the issue. I have the exact same truck and the same issue at one point. I purchased (from a different Ford dealership) the replacement sensor which was $30 before shipping and handling for my truck and replaced it in a little over 20 minutes time. It was a very easy fix. I unfortunately do not live close to my father, so I was not able to fix his truck for him. My father is a senior citizen and not very mechanically inclined like myself so he chose to take it into Havana Ford. These people noticed my father's age and lack of mechanical skill and chose to rip him off. They charged him over $500 for an assembly that was not needed for the repair and for 3 hours of labor. I contacted a friend of mine that currently works at another Ford dealership and was completely stunned when I told him this situation. In his words, "The repair is always charged for 1 hour. It takes 20 minutes for a good mechanic and 40 minutes for a bad mechanic to finish the job. The time is rounded up to the next full hour." The unprofessionalism of Havana Ford to take advantage of my father is truly atrocious. Heed my warning people of Havana/Tallahassee and the surrounding area, do not give your business to this service department.

The service, sales, and accounting staff are excellent. This whole experience has just been exceptionally different than what I’m used to. We had issues with the Ford dealership that we usually go to that spanned on for over 2 years; after coming here to Havana Ford instead, I was treated with respect, courtesy, and extra mile service. Kristy (Service Advisor) was very nice, Mike(Service Manager) was very professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. The service technician(Didn’t get his name) was very pleasant (he actually voluntarily came out of the service bay and met me at the vehicle when I was dropping it off, and listened to me explain a few of the concerns we were having with the car) and even one of the sales personnel unintentionally went above and beyond(I was sitting in one of the vehicles on the lot; freezing and waiting on an update on my car, and the sales guy came out and offered me the key to start up the car while I wait). The receptionist was also pleasant every time I’ve called. I needed to handle business related inquiries with Joy in the accounting department and she was phenomenal as well. One of the biggest things I commend this dealership on is that EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER DOES THEIR JOB.... CONSISTENTLY....And they do it well! They answer the phone, they stay in contact with you, they are always respectful, they are just always working together from manager on down. It’s just a completely different experience from what I’m used to back in Tallahassee. Can’t thank them enough for the experience!

Dropped my Ford off there, didn't have the computer working, no phone call to let me know. Then says didn't have extended warranty. They didn't even look at my truck. Service tech was unprofessional and made a comment that I had truck lifted with bigger tires. I have the truck leveled. No bigger tires. I lost time from work when I should have and will not be coming back. Will not be buying another Ford.

Buying a vehicle here was the easiest, friendliest experience I have ever had at a dealership. No BS addons (nitrogen in tires, key loss insurance, etc), a small dealer fee, and they honored the trade in estimate I got beforehand. Well worth driving out from Tallahassee for, I can't recommend them enough.
