They are so irresponsible! You send them 10 message asking questions, you get no answer. We provide all necessary document to start the our immigration process, it passed 3 months they haven’t do anything about my prosees. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!! THEY ARE JUST BIG OF A JOKE!

During the initial discovery of my case. They skimmed over details I gave them. And used the best of their ability to find a sufficient reason not to take your case. Very pessimistic, and not very reassuring or encouraging. Would NOT recommend them at all.

Maria Baker was my attorney for my incredibly difficult divorce case. It was a complete roller coaster and we had so many ups and downs. Obviously emotions get high when there is domestic violence and children involved.
Thankfully My divorce was finalized after many long years of constant objection and unnecessary motions from my former spouse. Looking back and organizing all my files and info from start to finish I’m now realizing how hard she worked on my behalf. The system in SWFL is not easy on woman whether they are victims or attorneys. And she really gave me so much time and compassion through the hardest period of my life. Now that my children and I are on the other side I am so grateful we had her there for us, fighting as hard as she could every step of the way. Maria is kind and her compassion is genuine. If you are lucky enough to have her represent you, treat her with respect even when times get tough. Thank you Maria for all your time and effort and listening to me vent, my girls and I are safe now and a big part of that we owe to you! Also Attorney Annette Lyn who covered my case when Maria was on maternity leave is fantastic as well. She was fearless and made me laugh many times when I really needed it. Her style is pretty savage and direct, but she was an excellent person to have during my first mediation, no nonsense and I really respected and appreciated that.

The lady that answers the phone, who does not provide her name, is BEYOND RUDE! Unprofessional, dogs barking in the background, has you on speaker, practically yelling at you! To only tell you that they no longer handle the type of case you have. When asked how long they haven't handled Landlord Tenant Litigation (which is clearly stated on website) anymore she replied I'm not going to tell you that and rudely hung up!

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to so others wouldn't have to deal with this company. I called because I needed help and didn't know where to start and when I looked on the American bar site they listed this place as legal aid. I called got to some woman and she was like why are you calling and I explained partially and kind of let her know as much as I did so then she proceeds to give me another number for help which is a loan company. So I asked what exactly the company she worked for did because obviously help is not one hence go to another company and she's just like ''it's on the website". Side note I was never rude once during this whole interaction.

LESS THAN 1 STAR!!! Lady who answered was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Would not let me speak or answer a single question without interrupting me after the first 2 words. Started to yell at me and when I said, "Are you done, can I speak?" she huffed and hung up. Absolutely terrible service and should NOT be employed at a place that is meant to be a source of SUPPORT for people who need legal assistance.

I was filling out the application online when it redirected me to call the office.
The lady did not state her name so I’m not sure who I spoke with but I told her what happened and in the middle of explaining what the issue was she interrupted me and said I don’t understand what your problem was. I wasn’t finish explaining the situation and I told her it’s fine I will take my business else where since you don’t seem to interested or willing to help and she said she was interested and I proceeded to tell her about her attitude and she hung up. How are you going to get business in the door when you have people like that answering the phone. Very unprofessional.
