10 stars! Our publishing firm has partnered with Coastal IT for 8 years and I highly recommend them. The owner and IT team go above and beyond to keep our IT environment secure and running smoothly, as well as providing recommendations for IT solutions that fit our needs and our budget - while always keeping on eye on future technology. A total fraud. Tries to sell me on fear of things other companies told me I should have no fear of. Left them and my IT cost is not 10% of what is used to be and my printers are no longer erroring every week.
