Let me start by saying that their project coordinator, Sherri (?), is located in Indianapolis while I am in SW Florida. Sherri was very unprofessional as she couldn’t even explain the company’s very simple processes and had no idea what kind of work was being performed at my home. I’m not sure why she is working for a mold remediation company when she doesn’t even understand what they do. She also lied to me about what kind of work their technician was going to do in my home and I only found out the morning they were scheduled to come out. The technician arrived an hour late because Sherri failed to give all of the necessary information to the company in SW Florida. When I attempted to call with questions, she sent me to voicemail every time. Luckily, the technician was very kind and helpful. I feel bad for him because the “Mold Pros” sent one guy for a 2-3 man job. This could have resulted in someone injured or damage to my home. Unprofessional, horrible communication, and their only care is money - not solving your environmental issues. If you are in SW Florida, don’t choose a careless nation-wide company like Mold Pros. Go with someone local who will actually take care of you.

I was very happy with the service Mold Pro offered. They were efficient, helpful and attentive and did exactly what was required in a timely fashion. And most important they were honest and did not try to charge me for things that didn't need to be done. Their staff was personable, respectful. And took care of my home while they did the job. Their price was fair and they did not try to overcharge me as numerous others had tried to do.

John Came out, on time and was very professional without being off-putting. He did a fabulous job, explained what he was testing/how, and educated us with his the obvious findings along the way.

By the end of the visit, I felt John and The Mold Pros were perfect. Very trustworthy. He did not try to pad his bill, and he had to drive to the other side of the state to get here... He told me up front how much it was for the mileage surcharge so I would not be surprised.

Today, he used Zoom and walked me through my results, taking the time to explain what the reports MEAN, and what he feels should be done to remediate. Most of which I can do myself, and he explained how to do it in a very stress-free approach.

Finally, he told me the 2-3 bad habits (storing cardboard in an attic in FL), and recommended I switch to plastic.

This is someone I feel I could trust with my wallet! He treated me the way I treat my clients, and it was deeply appreciated.

A month ago I noticed some black mold growing in the ceiling of my downstairs bathroom. OK…I’ll get real here, I was in a panic. Mold is toxic plus I had another issue to deal with. I have a chemical sensitivity to any product that would be used to remedy the situation which includes building materials, cleansers, paints, etc. Over the weeks I talked with mold remediation co’s, mold testing co’s, insurance agents, my Doctor etc. It was difficult to figure out what the solution was for me because they seemed to have conflicting opinions. I did a bunch of research on natural non toxic remedies for mold and that led me to Aaron Knight at The Mold Pros Inc. because of their Surface Guard product. Over the past weeks I have been talking to and emailing Aaron and he has been a tremendous help in figuring stuff out. Not only do I think Aaron got an “A” in customer service but with his wealth of information and advice I was able to figure out what steps to take. This might sound dorky here but sometimes I cannot keep my mouth shut. Aaron seemed to be a calm in my storm and I so appreciated his integrity. Thank you Aaron for all your help dealing with a panicked little old lady. I feel a company's success or failure can be made based on the reputation of its employees.

I am so grateful to John and his team who far surpassed my expectations. Dealing with mold and mycotoxins in your house and family can be a intimidating, scary thing, I was anxious and hesitant about the whole process. Then in came John from the Mold Pros! I called the Mold Pros in Ft Meyers based on the fact that they were ISEAI certified. My contact was with Angela thru several phone conversations where I was able to express my health & home concerns and she was able to direct me towards the best inspection options that could give me the answeres i was looking for about the air quality in my home as well as potential exposure to mold & mycotoxins due to previous & current water damage in my home. ANGELA was very patient and addressed all my questions and concerns and went over all the lab results thoroughly and profesionally. in the end, i received all the answers i needed as well as peace of mind, based on the lab results, that my home was in good shape and not at all a negativeor toxic environment to my health or my family. And the inspector who came to my home was very thorough , professional, knowledgeable and did a very good job.
