This company was right here when I needed them very prompt. The people were very polite. A very good experience. I will always recommend this company and this will be the only company I ever use. Thank you for such good prompt business. I can’t remember the name of the person I talked to on the phone or the name of the gentleman that came out and pumped my tank and I don’t remember the name of the gentleman that came today and put a new Septic Pump in But they were all fantastic

I called Crews Septic (now Southwest Environmental) on Friday to schedule a pump out. They asked if there was any urgency. “No, my wife just likes to anticipate problems by getting a pump-out every 12-18 months. They arrived Monday. Dave was our guy. He was Goldilocks, a nice guy, not too fast, not too slow. I had the hose ready and I had partially exposed the two lids. But, I needed Dave to remove a small piece of sod over one lid. He did it just as if I had done it myself. Very helpful. He also parked in the street so as “not to damage” our driveway. The whole process was complete in about 40 minutes and we will ask for Dave in another year and a half.

Run don’t walk! If you want timely and professional followup to quote or are in a Time sensitive critical jam with your septic system, this is NOT the company to call. 5 attempts / 12 days and not Even the courtesy of a “ please be patient” response or “can’t told me volumes about this company’s integrity and customer Shepard and Sons in business since 1948 and good company.
