I’ve written a post about this previously and really hate to throw it out again but am very frustrated with their vague response I just received. I bought a 2022 Peak model cart two years ago in April and the back armrest(s) have both tore and ripped without cause other than normal usage. This cart has NEVER been left outside overnight and is garage kept. We commute back and forth (not on the cart) from Nashville to Panama City and the cart is not used when we’re not here Usually two weeks a month. The dealer where I purchased informed me of other complaints he has received with the same issue. I just spoke with a young lady at Vivid who informed me I could replace them but would have to go through my dealer in order to do so. She also stated that they haven’t changed the material they are made of even though the complaints have been noted in the past. My point is, why should/would I buy new armrests to replace the ones that ripped/tore without cause, made of the same material to turn around and buy two more probably two years from now. One would think they would replace these items at no charge or simply make them out of a more durable leather instead of a cheap plastic that won’t hold up. I would also mention, the dealer told me they have replaced some that he’s been aware of that were bad within the first year ownership but the two years probably wouldn’t be.
Vivid- please spend a little extra and make the armrests out of leather or make the solid plastic. Bad business on your part not to honor something you know is cheaply made. BTW- I paid dealer sticker price for the cart😉

If you are looking for an EV - stay away from Vivid. Just as expensive as other options and they do not stand behind their products. Warranties are lackluster and there is no customer service. My dealer stopped carrying this brand due to Vivid's lack of warranty fulfillment. Customer service is useless and they basically pass the baton to the dealer for anything that goes wrong with their products. Embarassing they call themselves an American company. Hope they go bankrupt.

I researched extensively to find a new golf cart. My husband and I visited the local places and test drove so many options in our search. We finally settled on a Vivid EV from Carts MD and we couldn't be happier with our cart! We have had it for almost 8 months now and we love cruising around our community in it. This wasn't the cheapest option out there or the most well known brand but it was very comparable to others and the fact that the manufacturer is right here in Fort Myers really sealed the deal. I highly recommend Vivid EV to anyone looking for a new cart. We love ours and had a great experience buying from Mike at Carts MD.

My son works at Vivid and he was actually one of their first employees. He absolutely loves his job and raves about it every time I speak to him! They have great golf carts and I know some of the people there personally . Every time I go there I leave with a smile on my face and I know that my son is taken care of there! Go check them out and see what a great company they are and make sure to talk to Jessica, she is awesome and one of the most friendliest people I have ever met!

Poor quality. Poor customer service. Just plain bad people to work with. Take note of 90% of the 5 star reviews. Mostly family and employees and brand new accounts leaving 5 stars with little explanation. Must've had a big meeting to discuss ways to pump up their Google rating. Don't trust'em any further than you can throw their former CEO.
