I’m extremely disappointed with Waste Management’s recent practices. Not only have they imposed significant fee increases for businesses without clear justification, but they’ve also introduced a $9.99 convenience fee for credit card payments.This is unacceptable and feels like a blatant attempt to exploit customers. I expected better from a company of this stature.

1hour and thirty minutes on hold to reach a person to place a dumpster order because the website would not allow me to order a dumpster. Nice people on phone however once dumpster was ordered with locking bar and which office space to be placed by dumpster arrived two days after due date and when it arrived it was close to but not on dumpster pad and not what we ordered - Not sure what all this is costing my company but I’ve never had this many steps to a process go wrong. Even by accident at least one thing should had gone at least right.

We had a refrigerator to dispose of. Put it out on trash day and it was marked to be picked up in three days. It’s still sitting there two weeks later even after repeated calls and promises to pick it up immediately.

Super easy to set up service, dumpster arrived two days later. They take a photo when they collect that is time stamped, so easy to see if you are away from the island.

Have never experienced a problem. trust is picked up weekly on time and items outside of trash container are also taken.

The truck came by Monday 10/7 but didn’t take my garbage. Trash bin was in front of garage the same place as usual.

It must be nice to be the only company picking up trash and recycling on Sanibel. Issues with no pick ups, continuously calling and being told they are on there way. Very nice over the phone, but have never come through. 11 days with no pick up, 9 phone calls to their office and always promised a manager will call. When they do call they do not have any answers and will look into it for you. Paying over $630.00 a month for service.
