Terrible Customer Service and Unhelpful Staff

I had one of the worst experiences at this T-Mobile store. The employees seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and were more focused on chatting with each other than assisting me. When I finally got someone’s attention, they were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking basic questions about my account.

On top of that, the store was disorganized, and no one seemed to know what they were doing. I was given conflicting information about a phone upgrade, and after waiting nearly an hour, I walked out frustrated and empty-handed. I ended up calling T-Mobile’s customer service instead, which was far more helpful than the people in this store.

Save yourself the headache and go to a different location.

I had an extraordinary experience in the Fort Myers location. The manager (Jacqin C.) greeted me at the door and immediately set me up with a technician by the name of Daisy Morales. This visit was educational and helpful in a way that was not offered at another location. These two representatives of T-Mobile are just amazing. I feel that the service was personalized and professional in a way T-Mobile should be proud of. Search out Daisy for questions or concerns, she is more than capable to handle any situation. Thank you so much.

Had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Daisy today, she was not only patient with the transferring of my new phone but knowledgeable and kind. Daisy helped to make sure I was getting the best deal for my money and I will now be going to this location and to Daisy for any future purchases. She is amazing!

This store unfortunately has rude and unprofessional employees who are not willing to offer assistance. Not sure if they are untrained or just incompetent, nevertheless neither are an excuse for the rudeness! I do not recommend this T-Mobile store. I suggest going to any other, even if it means driving a little further!

Yaima is great!!! My boyfriend and I went to the store looking for information about the unlimited internet and she was very patience She took her time with us. Her costumer service was above and beyond!!! She's the best. We changed our lines here and I love it. Thank you T-Mobile and Thank so much Yaima🥰

This is for the location T-Mobile in gulf coast town center, Fort Myers FL. My husband is a customer of T-mobile. He purchased a new iPhone but we had so much trouble setting it up. Between low data and other problems. ANDRES was extremely helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!
