If i could give a negative 100 i would! This company is horrible! They ASSume their customers are nothing more than pawns and can trump them to hold them hostage over financial strongholds! Our family is going through extreme hardship and death of family members. Their attitude and disconcern is unacceptable and do not have any sympathy for anything. If i could afford to drill a well and not have to deal with the monopoly i would. God help anyone that has to beg for mercy from this company,

I called FGUA this morning right at 8:00. Spoke with Lisa. Thank you for having such a nice person in customer service. I worked in customer service my whole career and she is the person you want!

Typical Monopoly of local corruption at its best! A workplace of insulated workers protected by old school company methods where complaints go nowhere and no discipline nor corrections are made! Managers are obviously well protected and workers are of the same fashion.....I find it very hard to believe that no one knows how deep the rotted corruption goes in this place! What a poor example for our times! 2024!
do as they say with no rights or else you'll have no WATER !
FLORIDA DISGRACE!!!! SHAME ON YOU.......

This is the worst water company in the world not only do they have horrible rude customer service agents in person and over the phone they charge u a deposit to open your account which is reasonable cause you know there gonna charge you one but then charge you $150-$210 reconnect fee If your services got disconnected now I understand this is probably to keep people from not paying there bill but realistically speaking there crooks if a person is facing hard times and can't pay there bill on time what do you think an extra $150-$210 is gonna do to them especially now in these times we been thru covid we went thru hurricane Ian that left many of us without jobs and homes this should be illegal if I had any other choice of water service id definitely go with them this is the 2nd review I have left for this horrible company

Absolutely the worst! I disconnected service due to moving out of state. Even after 3-1/2 months, they are still saying just "wait for your refund of your deposit". They keep telling me it can take up to 6-8 weeks but it has been 14 weeks since I shut off services. Don't expect your money back.

This government utility agency has a hard attitude. As a landlord they will not work with me. They start billing me if tenants become delinquent. When tenant moves they immediately shut off service yet continue to bill me., They require me to fill out an application, pay a deposit to restore service all the while billing me for the service i can't use. No utility in the private sector would be able to bully the customers like this.

These people are a JOKE!!!!!. They returned two of my payments with no explanation. I then attempted to go to the location, but they were closed. A person did come out and I attempted to get an explanation, but she was very rude and refused to answer any question. I then called the number to make an automated payment. They took the money out of my account, but still won't credit my account. Now, they are threatening to shut off my water.
