I cant say enough about this team. Every single employee is amazing. I bought a Truckmount through them, and have had some issues. Not their fault, at all. They have worked through my aggrevation, and gone above and beyond to make everything right. Ryan, the Service manager, is awesome, he's explained a lot to me, which helps me out down the line. I dont hesitate to call them up whether its a quick question, or to stop by get service done. Oh, only thing I recommend, is a recliner lol! Thank you, Excel for everything.

Took my peak 500 in because it wouldn’t start. Was expecting to pay an arm and a leg because I had no idea what was wrong with it. Well I was wrong they have to be one of the most honest companies in Ft. Myers. I highly recommend this company for all your truck mount repairs and servicing.

I took my Floor Scubber in and they could never get it fixed right after about 30 days I took it back again and this time I asked for my old parts back, so they took a belt off and disabled the machine and when I picked up my machine it was taped to the handle. I guess they didn't like me complaining that I'm being charged and they still couldn't fix it so they ran it in the parking lot before they took the belt off. I have turned them in to the Florda's Consumer Protect Divsion for fraudulent actions and charges.

First off let me just say that this is the only place that I will get my chemicals and my machine serviced Ryan and Matthew are by far the best people to deal with in the carpet cleaning industry! Whether you need to get your machine and equipment repaired to getting better education and purchasing chemicals. They are definitely your go to! Ryan the manager of maintenance and service is by far top notch and is willing to get you back on the road quickly and promptly. I by far respect every single one of the individuals that are here including the staff at the front desk Kim and Danielle! I highly recommend Excel Cleaning, I purchased a floor machine some months back and absolutely love it! They provide me with their best recommendations when it comes to solutions and a full break down on how to work the machine.
They also told me if I ever had an issue they were only a call away. I did need their assistance one particular day and they they took the time to help me and find out what exactly was taking place.
