Would like to thank Matt and his team for the professionalism of himself and his team. Had a very bad experience with a couple of big name solar companies that dragged me on for two years. if anyone and I think it would be a lot of people that were lied to and deceived by these companies would know it would take a few hours to write how criminal these companies were. Big Orange Solar solved my problems in two weeks and my panels are being turned on in at week. Matt does what he says he is going to do and like old school good business he answers the phone every time you call. If anyone is interested in Solar I would recommend Big Orange Solar as they do what they say and say what they do. Matt thank you for your help and Professionalism.

I only put 5 stars because I have not used this company, just giving people honest information- I deal in the residential foreclosure world Broward County, Big Orange is the plantiff in 25 cases looking to foreclose on property owners, 6 are already Lis Pendis and 19 are Liens. Be very careful, read everything twice and consult with an attorney before signing, it could cost you your home. I am not saying they are not entitled to foreclose for non-payment but I am sure the solar panels are causing them great financial stress.

Big Orange Solar, thank you for handling my solar installation with professional integrity and completing the job on schedule and without any complications. The key to being happy with your solar system is to purchase, rather than lease, your system; the owner Matthew, helped me to see this and as a result my solar bill went from $350-$400 a month (almost $5K per year) to a credit for the past 2 years. My power company current owes me $258.67 for this year and we are only in May... The Big Orange Solar crew did a great job, super-fast, left the place clean and were willing to answer all my questions and concerns on the spot. Now that I have PTO (Permission to Operate) I look forward to NEVER paying another electricity bill.

Big Orange installed a 58 panel solar system with 3 batteries on our house. I had spoke with 4-5 different solar companies and all but Big Orange were middle men. They did a very professional job and worked around my schedule. Their warranty service has been great also.

Install was smooth and fast but do not expect much from the company as far as customer service. Called and left emails for follow up but no response back. Electric bill came out $400 on top of the $180 I pay for solar installments. So $600 for electric bill this past month. Took screen shots of what my electric company said I was producing and the only person that I could reach was my contact Diego and he offered little support. Only thing I was told was my system is showing I'm producing and maybe I'm using too much energy. By comparison that same month, for last year was by lowest consumption. They just care about making money off install, so if you get an outrageous electric bill.....do not expect any support or help from them in finding answers. Can guarantee someone will reach out once the review hits but too little, too late. Do yourselves a favor and stay away. Not worth the headache. Sure you can fine a more reputable company with better customer service.

I was apprehensive about solar in the beginning so I asked a lot of questions. I looked at several other companies and I was pleasantly surprised with the responses I got from Matt. He answered all my questions clearly and with the technical details I was looking for. His crew is very professional and respectful. I highly recommend.
