We had purchased Solar panels in 2018 by a scam company that shortly went out of business and were left with solar panels that didn’t work for almost 4 years. We couldn’t find a company that could help us until we met Cristina at Solar Champs. She helped get our panels reconditioned so that we could use them again. She also showed up to go over setting up the app and showing how it works and how to monitor my solar usage. We are very grateful to have working solar panels again thanks to Cristina and Solar Champs.

The installation has taken more than 1 year due to constant design errors and errors in the installation, so the permits of the Building Department have been rejected several times and do not pass the inspections. The client is very upset about this situation. Due to the delays the client is paying the loans to the finance plus the public services of electricity and even the solar system is not working due to so many errors. I do not recommend this company.

i have not got a response from christina or solar champs , left text messages , emails , phone calls and no response . i know when i talk to owner hes strict but how can business happens when no one responds pleaase when you get a chance as a company in south florida that does good business respond when people need your attention thats super bad business . how can you ask for 25k plus dollars from clients wen you dont answer dont make sense

If I could give them a negative review, I would. Promised us a lot that we never received. Customer service is non existant, they won’t return calls, telling you to message through facebook and wont respond to those messages either. Now they wont even answer calls. Last winter, I had no power to my system, it took two months for them to come out. One of my panels stopped responding a couple of months ago, thankfully the manufacturer was able to reboot the system because they didn't return my call nor did they respond to my facebook message. Save yourself DO NOT use Solar Chapms LLC .

They performed exceptionally well. And I can be pretty exacting at times. But these people are professionals at what they do. They handled the entire process from start to finish and performed all the heavy lifting. And that included teaming with FPL to ensure a smooth integration into the grid when the install phase was finished. The work itself, once the permits, etc., were cleared, went off without a hitch.
Smooth and efficient.
The guys were easy to talk to and they took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Big shout-out to Manny!

i have tried for months getting to solar champs they dont answer phone text or facebook , i even sent christina a direct message ! very unprofessional its been over 8 months please how can u install solar and not follow up with your consultant dont make no sense
