Very pleased with my experience with Lux and my system that recently was turned on, very quick installation process as well. I’m paying almost half of what I was paying before going solar. I decided to also go with their water filtration system and now have soft water + Alkaline water. I recommend Lux Solar to everyone I know, 10/10 experience. They are knowledgeable and so helpful with breaking down my bill and showing me how much money I could be saving! Along with the water test, I didn't realize how bad my water was and thanks to them I now have clean water throughout my entire house AND I'm saving money. Love the panels. The buying and instalation process has been awesome. Great customer care. (REVISED)
It has been two years since I installed the panels. Panels have worked without problems for the most part. I have done a monthly assessment comparing FPL cost vs the cost of having the panels and have arrived to the conclusion that it is not worth the effort to move to solar at this time. I was told the panels would generate enought to offset completly my FPL bill but the truth is for the most part I always have to pay FPL every month as the panels do not produce enough to cover our needs. I was garanteed 100% of my electical needs would be covered by the panel production but is is not true. On the other hand, I tried to change insurance companies this year and discovered that some home insurance companies will not even offer insurance to homes with Solar panels so I am stuck with an insurance company that is more expensive without the possibility of moving. Bottom line there are hidden costs that make moving ro solar not worth.

Horrible company. I had solar panels installed by this company, when they were selling them to me they were super enthusiastic talking about how great it would be to not have an electric bill and if i had any questions I can call at anytime and they would help. I got them installed but now I am paying for the panels and still have an electric bill that’s about the same as before the panels even though they said the panels would cover my entire FPL bill. I’ve tried calling them to see if i can get more panels to cover the fpl bill and no one answers. The other day someone finally answered and hung up the phone on me. I later received a text from someone in the company that also lead to no help. They love giving the run around and get nothing done. If you are thinking of solar panels do not use this company you will not be able to get in contact with them while still paying the bill. They just care about their money not their customers. I will be reaching out to a lawyer to see how to get out of this mess.
