Called in to have someone look at my ac unit. A tech named Jeff showed up barely even looked at it and quoted me 10k to install a brand new 1.5 unit. Didn't even bother to look at the machine inside or outside. Kept saying it was a compressor issue. WILL NEVER do business with these people, I suggest you avoid them. Got someone else to look at it and fixed for 300 bucks. The prices they gave me was incredible to say the least. I got a 3.5 ton unit installed for 8k, a year ago by a different company. DONT LET THEM GET YOUR BUSINESS. AVOID This is ridiculous 😒

I call this company for a estimate to repair a Freon line that landscapers hit and got a pip hole on the line that led to Freon escape , when this guy Mathew show up the first thing he said was that I had to replace the whole unit because there was no way to soldered the line , so that my only choice was to invest on a new unit at 13k , then he change his mind when I told him I didn't have that kind of money and said well we can replace the whole Freon line thru the attic and will cost you $3750 , but insisted that that option could make my unit go bad in 2 -4 months .
I call 2 other companies and they came and for sure they both agree that line could be welded and do all the repair for 2 k$$$
Looking at this guys reviews I'm not surprise they want to scam people over and lie about the repairs they need to be done ..... stay away from them

These people are scam artists. Had them come look at my system. They diagnosed it as a "bad control board" $1700 for the repair and the control board covered under warranty was supposedly $1200. I did some research. Found that my model of AC does not even have a control board. I replaced a $.30 fuse and a $25 transformer from Amazon and was up and running. Stay away from this group. SCAM artists!!

We have used And services multiple times and haven’t really had any issues until now. We had our HVAC system replaced by them in October. It’s now August, less than a year later and something is wrong. It’s 80 degrees in the house. They say it’s a 24 hour service but that must have changed! We call last night and were told a technician would reach out in 15 minutes. After 45 minutes, we call back and were told 4AM to 10AM. At 7AM, we get a call from a girl stating we are on a priority list and they will try to get someone out to us within 24 hours. It just keeps getting worse. If you have already spent the money, they don’t care anymore. I will not use them to replace a unit in the future.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I contacted AND Services after my system sprung a leak and lost all refrigerant. A technician was out the same day, on a free service call. I informed him the system was installed three years ago, and was still under warranty. He hooked up some gauges to the outside unit, and informed me of the problem.

He quoted me FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS in order to replace the UNDER-WARRANTY part, and restore the refrigerant in the system. He also mentioned that refrigerant is 99$ a pound 'now-a-days', which is completely asinine. (for reference: you can buy a 5 gallon container from abilityrefrigerants-dot-com for 200$ WITHOUT A LICENSE). He then commented: "most people are calling back in 18 months if I just replace the part." (this, to me, indicates extremely poor workmanship, since I would need to call again because his fix would be sub-par enough to need repair in a year and a half).

This ultimately led him to his final sales pitch, where he recommended COMPLETELY REPLACING my 3-year-old system for ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. He then immediately went on to tell me that any other technician that might have a different approach for the fix was a 'hack' and 'wouldn't do the job properly'.

This company is predatory. They prey on people that are in a state of discomfort, and due to the general lack of knowledge surrounding HVAC, they take advantage of people in their moments of weakness, by overcharging for services and trying to sell the most expensive fixes rather than the most straightforward or cost-effective. They know that in the middle of a Florida Summer, you're likely to cave in and pay whatever amount necessary to fix things quickly.

I called around to my neighbors and coworkers, and was able to contact a family HVAC technician that charged me 400 dollars to fix the issue, ordered me a new set of evaporator coils under warranty, and refilled the refrigerant. TEN PERCENT of the cost of AND's solution, and I'll update this review if it needs repair in 18 months.

Disgusting. Shameful. A truly out-of-touch business that I hope is ultimately replaced by reputable, honest, and down-to-earth local businesses that care about their community over their commissions.

11,800 4ton unit I purchased and all the ducting to be done... well 1 year and 4 months later they come to replace all the ducting from supply and return they should have done in the beginning they came today to actually do it.. Javier came and did 14 feet and duct tape the rest. So here's some extra photos for their new ducting.

Beware of this company. AC unit went out within 7 years still under warranty, problems since installation, but company states parts for coil is covered but $3500.00 for labor to replace one coil. Pushing my elderly mother to buy a new unit when existing one is only 7 years old. Shame!

Scheduled an annual service June 5th for August 30th. Because last years excuse was shorthanded and " emergencies"
I confirmed appointment on the 29th, I was called 30 minutes before time slot. Canceled because of an emergency. I guess that's where the money is. I'll be sending my bill for the time missed from work and looking elsewhere for repairs and service.
